Chasidy Alston

I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and North Carolina A&T State University.  I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapist. I believe my clients benefit from the diverse professional experiences I have had over the years, having provided services in private practice, community mental health, and court-appointed settings. I help people overcome restricting thoughts and beliefs that keep them stuck with anxiety, depression, unfulfilling relationships, and life situations. I help create an atmosphere where people can fully embrace the present moment and properly identify and prioritize their most important values. I believe that by doing so consistently they can begin to build the worthwhile and satisfying life and relationships that they desire despite their circumstances.
